We present each new development opportunity to our investors, giving you the chance to review the project and decide if it aligns with your investment goals.
If a scheme interests you, we arrange a consultation and site visit, allowing you to see the potential first-hand and gain a clear understanding of the project scope. Once you're satisfied, we agree on a repayment term that suits you—typically 12 months, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong returns.
Each development is funded through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), created to acquire, develop, and exit each project efficiently. This structure provides clear financial security and allows us to execute projects with fixed investment terms and returns.
